Under section 70 (2) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation appoints the following persons to be trustees of the Ashburton Racecourse Recreation Reserve:
Helen Henrietta Pope, housewife of Ashburton.
Colin John Jowers, farming director of Ashburton.
