Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Far North District Council on 18 April 2001:
"That in the exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Far North District Council hereby resolves that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a local purpose (community facilities) reserve within the meaning of the said Act."
