Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, agreement to that effect having been entered into:
(a) The land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and vested in the Waipa District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette; and
(b) The land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for the granting of compensation and is transferred to the owners of certificate of title 1272/77 and amalgamated with certificate of title 1272/77.
