New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 61C/835, subject to mortgage No. B. 601223.3 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
