Pursuant to Parts II and III of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the lands described in the First Schedule to this notice are hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Auckland City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the lands described in the Second Schedule to this notice are hereby acquired
in connection with a road and shall vest in the Auckland City Council on the date of publication hereof in the
New Zealand Gazette.
(c) Pursuant to section 52 (4), declares that the lands described in the Third Schedule to this notice are hereby set apart for road and shall remain vested in the Auckland
City Council on the date of publication hereof in the
New Zealand Gazette.
(d) Pursuant to section 52 (4), declares that the lands described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice are hereby set apart in connection with a road and shall remain vested in the Auckland City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
