Otorohanga District
Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares:
(a) The portion of road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 5A/1486.
(b) The portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 12C/58, subject to memoranda of mortgages S. 535831 and B. 162172.11.
