Conservation Purposes
Pursuant to section 7 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, West Coast Conservancy
of the Department of Conservation, hereby declares that
the land described in the Schedule below is held for conservation purposes and it shall thereafter be so held.

Nelson Land District-Buller District
1214 square metres, more or less, being Sections 134 and 135, Town of Millerton, situated in Block VI, Ngakawau Survey District.
