Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 21 April 1995, Vesting of Stopped Road, described in the Schedule to this notice, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 27 April 1995, No. 39, page 1055, by the addition of the words
"as to an undivided four-tenths share, certificate of
title No. 48B/47 as to undivided three-tenths share
and certificate of title No. 48B/48 as to undivided
three-tenths share"
after the words
"amalgamated with certificate of title No. 48B/46"
on the sixth line of the aforesaid Gazette notice.
