Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart
for limited access road and remain vested in the
Crown which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit
New Zealand Act 1989, will become road, limited access road and State highway on the date of publication of this notice in New Zealand Gazette.
