Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends
the notice dated 21 May 2001, vesting and amalgamating stopped road, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 31 May 2001, No. 55, page 1262, by deleting clause (a) and deleting the following area from the Schedule:
