Conservation Purposes
Under section 7 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987,
the Conservator of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, and the Commissioner of Crown Lands, acting under a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, being the Minister responsible for the department of State that has control of the land described in the Schedule, jointly declare that the land is held for conservation purposes.

9.3077 hectares, being Lot 2, D.P. 21925, all Crown land, section 10 ROLD Act 1961.
9.7280 hectares, being Lot 4, D.P. 21925, all Crown land, section 10 ROLD Act 1961.
2.4281 hectares, being Lot 5, D.P. 21925, all Crown land, section 10 ROLD Act 1961.
