Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purposes of camping and recreation, to be known as Hawaiki Wairau Reserve for the common use and benefit of the owners of the former block known as Wairau North 2F and the beneficial descendants of Hana Hemo Paniora, Taurau Paniora and Te Rauhanga Pickering.

Part of that piece of land situated in Block XIII, Waoku Survey District and described as follows:
