Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to the right to convey water easement created by Transfer B. 656447.1, for an esplanade reserve and is vested in the Tauranga District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

2233 square metres, being part Lot 1, D.P. S. 76901; shown as "Section 1" on S.O. Plan 61555, being part of the land contained in certificate of title 61A/592.
