Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ross James Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice is set apart for use in connection with a road and shall remain vested in the Crown.
