Pursuant to Parts II and VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ross James Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the
land described in the First Schedule to this notice is
hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Rodney District Council on the date of publication hereof in the
New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired in connection with a road and shall vest in the Rodney District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
(c) Pursuant to section 116 (1), declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 117 (7), declares that stopped road to be added to the land in the second schedule and to be held in connection with a road and to remain vested in Rodney District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
