Road to be Stopped and Land Acquired by the Maritime Safety Authority of New Zealand for a Navigational Aid in the District of Southland

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 116 (1), declares the portion of road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and that once stopped, pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 50 and pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, is acquired for a navigational aid and is vested in the Maritime Safety Authority of New Zealand on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired for a navigational aid and is vested in the Maritime Safety Authority of New Zealand on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
