Pursuant to section 54 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby revokes the notice dated 2 April 1970, absolutely prohibiting the erection, placing or extension of any building to be used or adapted for human habitation within a designated area adjacent to the Wigram Aerodrome, published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 16 April 1970, No. 23, page 682.
