A Proclamation
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, the Right Honourable Dame Silvia Cartwright, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be taken for road and to be vested in the Crown on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.

258 square metres, being part Lot 3, Deposited Plan 10621 and part Allotment 51, Parish of Taupiri, being all of the land in certificate of title No. 26B/376.
Given under the hand of Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 1st day of August 2001.
