Setting Apart Maori Freehold Lands as a

Maori Reservation
Pursuant to sections 338 (1) and 340 (2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, 24 hectares, more or less, but more particularly delineated on the plan held in the office of the Maori Land Court, Whangarei, being part of the Maori freehold lands described in the Schedule hereto is to be set apart as a
Maori reservation for the purpose of a place of cultural historic and scenic interest for the common use and benefit of the members of Te Iwi o Te Roroa and the people of
New Zealand generally.
The reservation is to be known as The Lawrence Bunny Ambler Maori Reserve.

Part parcels of the lands situated in Block VIII, Hokianga Survey District and described as follows:

Part Waiwhatawhata No. 4B No. 1, being part of the land described in certificate of title Volume 341, folio 101.
Part Waiwhatawhata No. 4B No. 2, being part of the land described in certificate of title Volume 341, folio 102.
Part Waiwhatawhata No. 4B No. 3, being part of the land described in certificate of title Volume 359, folio 197.
Part Waiwhatawhata No. 4C, being part of the land described in certificate of title Volume 307, folio 63.
