Pursuant to section 338 (5) (a) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court,
the Maori Reservation in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the existing Maori Reservation in respect of the land known as Lot 2, Part sub 3, Section 24, Block IV, Waitara SD (Urenui Pa) which was set aside for the purpose of a Maori Reservation for the common use of the owners thereof as a village and
meeting-place by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 22 December 1932, No. 78, page 2785.
