Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for a local purpose (neighbourhood) reserve and is vested in the Tauranga District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

628 square metres, being Lot 72, D.P. S. 80289 and being all of the land contained in certificate of title No. 64C/134.
