Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Chief Executive of the Waitakere City Council hereby classifies those parts of
the reserves described in the First Schedule as local purpose (esplanade) reserves, that part of the reserve described in the Second Schedule as a local purpose (community buildings) reserve and that part of the reserve described in the Third Schedule as a scenic reserve.
