Pursuant to section 42 (3) (b) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares:
(a) The land described in the First Schedule to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, right of way A. 476099.1 and section 256 of the Ngai Tahu Claims Settlement Act 1998.
(b) The land described in the Second Schedule to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
