Pursuant to section 54 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby revokes the notice dated 13 November 2000, setting land apart for police, public safety and emergency services, radio communications and telecommunications purposes, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 23 November 2000, No. 157, page 4059.
