A Proclamation
Pursuant to section 320 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, and in accordance with a recommendation made by the Maori Land Court to the Minister of Transport, I, The Right Honourable Dame Silvia Cartwright, the Governor-General of New Zealand, declare the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be road.
Schedule
Part Hohotaka No. 2 Roadway Block, containing 2.3880 hectares; shown marked "B" on plan ML 22408; and
Parts Puketapu No. 3 Roadway Block, containing 19.1924 hectares; shown marked "C", "E'' and "F" respectively on plan ML 22408.
Given under the hand of Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 28th day of June 2001.
