A Proclamation
Pursuant to section 320 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, and in accordance with a recommendation made by the Maori Land Court to the Minister of Transport, I, The Right Honourable Dame Silvia Cartwright, the Governor-General of New Zealand, declare the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be road.
Schedule
Part Hohotaka 2B Block, containing 6960 square metres, and part Manunui A17, containing 1136 square metres; shown marked "A" and "B" respectively on plan ML 22404; and
Part Stream Bed, containing 13 square metres; shown marked "G" and "H" respectively on plan ML 22408.
Given under the hand of Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 28th day of June 2001.
