Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Taupo District Council hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto as a recreation reserve for the purposes specified
in section 17 of the Reserves Act 1977, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

19.0754 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. S. 72579.
