Pursuant to section 338 (5) (d) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the class of person for whom the reservation is set aside
as described in New Zealand Gazette, 22 December 1953,
No. 9, page 176, is hereby redefined from "the Ngatikahu Hapu and the Maoris resident at Whatuwiwi" to "the hapu of Te Whanau Moana, Te Rorohuri and the descendants of Haititaimarangai" and that the said reservation shall be known as Haititaimarangai Maori Reservation.
