Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for local purpose reserve (esplanade), subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and subject also to the right of way granted by transfer 708517, and is vested in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
