Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby acquired for a public school and is vested in
the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the
New Zealand Gazette.

5058 square metres, being Lots 33, 34, 35, 36 and 37 on Deposited Plan 152, being all of the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 409, folio 104.
