Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 52 (1), declares that the land described in the First Schedule to this notice be set apart for telecommunications purposes and shall remain vested in the Crown.
(b) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired for telecommunications purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
