Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator for the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the notice dated 9 April 2001 "Reservation of Land" and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 June 2001, No. 64, page 1515.
