Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice is set apart for sewerage works together with the rights of way set out in easement certificate 228679.4 and Court order 103281 and shall remain vested in Gisborne District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
