Under section 8 (1) (b) of the Forests (West Coast Accord) Act 2000, the Minister of Finance and the Minister for
State-Owned Enterprises jointly declare that the land described in the Schedule is held under the Reserves Act 1977, classified as a scenic reserve for the purposes of section 19 (1) (a) and further, the land shall be known as the Wanganui Coastal Scenic Reserve.
This notice shall take effect on 1 July 2001.
