Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of urupa for the descendants of Ngati Maniapoto, Rangatahi, Matakore and Toa Rangatira.

All that parcel of land situated in Blocks VII and
IV, Rangitoto Survey District and described as follows:

1.8210 Part Reureu 2M Part block being delineated on the plan annexed to the partition order of the Maori Land Court dated 29 November 1905 and being:
Firstly-Reureu 2M Part, Block VII, Rangitoto Survey District, being the south-eastern severance to the east of the North Island Main Trunk Railway (Area - 1.0117 hectares); and
Secondly-Reureu 2M Part, Block IV, Rangitoto Survey District, being the northern severance to the eastern bank of the Rangitikei River (Area - 0.8093 hectares).
