Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a
Maori Reservation
In the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 22 May 1997, No. 52, page 1206, amend the following:
Within the Schedule in the New Zealand Gazette which shows "8094 m2 More or less, part of Hoani 1C1B Block, being part of the land described in the partition order of the Maori Land Court, dated 24 January 1949, and being part of the land contained in certificate of title H1/1281, such part being described in a scheme plan prepared by McKinlay and Co and dated April 1996, a copy of which is filed in the Maori Land Court, Wanganui."
to now read:
"8094 m2 More or less, part of Hoani 1C1B Block, being part of the land described in the partition order of the Maori Land Court, dated 24 January 1949, and being part of the land contained in certificate of title H1/1281, such part being delineated on M.L. Plan 1766."
