Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator of the Wanganui Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserves described in the Schedule as reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the reserves, subject to the provisions of the Act, and declares that the reserve secondly described in the Schedule hereto is to be known as the Tawhirihoe Scientific Reserve.
