Territorial Authority
Pursuant to section 16 (10) of the Reserves Act 1977, and a resolution of the Tararua District Council dated 30 May 2001, the Chief Executive of the Tararua District Council hereby changes the name of the reserve described in the Schedule to this notice from Ngapaeruru Scenic Reserve to Mangatoro Scenic Reserve on the date of publication of this notice in New Zealand Gazette.

V, Mangatoro Survey District.
