Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Chief Executive Officer of the Napier City Council hereby notifies that on
16 May 2001, the Napier City Council passed the following resolutions:
"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Napier City Council resolves that the land held by the said city in fee simple and described in the First Schedule hereto, shall be, and is hereby declared to be a drainage reserve within the meaning of the said Act, and the piece of land held by the city in fee simple and described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be, and is hereby declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act."
