Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for a recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, together with the drainage easements created by Transfers 173750, 174939, 174942 and 174943 and subject to the land improvement agreement 342677.1, pursuant to section 30 of the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, and shall vest in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
