Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 20 June 1988, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 7 July 1988, No. 118, at page 2731, by deleting the following area from the First Schedule as specified.
