Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Schedule of this notice to be stopped.
(b) Pursuant to section 52, declares the stopped road in the Schedule to be set apart as historic reserve and shall remain vested in the Crown.

6278 square metres, being legal road adjoining Tasman Sea and Fox River, Block I, Brighton Survey District; shown as "C" on S.O. Plan 15658, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Nelson.
