Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation
from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Smokey Hill Scenic Reserve.

16.7438 hectares, more or less, being Lot 3, D.P. 40628. All certificate of title 1117/216. Together with and subject to the easements created by Transfers 537116, 537117 and 545065.
26.1300 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 167693. All certificate of title 101D/40.
