Pursuant to section 114 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands,

Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road and remain vested in the Manukau City Council, excluding coal and other minerals remaining in certificate of title 680/203 by virtue of section 19 of the Public Works Act 1928, contained in Transfer D. 541615.2.
