Conservation Purposes
Under section 7 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Community Relations Manager of the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares that the land described in the Schedule is held for conservation purposes.

12.3528 hectares, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. 300448.
26.5760 hectares, more or less, being Section 2, S.O. 300448.
