Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), further declares:
(i) Section 1 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 17C/427, subject to Easement 917667.2 and notice 965662.1.
(ii) Section 2 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title A1/1289, subject to notice 965662.1.
