A Proclamation
Pursuant to section 320 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, and in accordance with a recommendation made by the Maori Land Court to the Minister of Transport, I, The Right Honourable Dame Silvia Cartwright, the Governor-General of New Zealand, declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be road.
Schedule
All that piece of Maori freehold land containing 320 square metres, more or less, and marked as "A" on Survey Office Plan 61918.
All that piece of Maori freehold land containing 292 square metres, more or less, and marked as "B" on Survey Office Plan 61918.
Given under the hand of Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 18th day of May 2001.
