That the Reserve be Part of the Coal Creek
Scenic Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator of the West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, subject to the provisions of the Act, and further declares that the reserve forms part of the Coal Creek Scenic Reserve.

16.6060 hectares, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. 12657.
