A Proclamation
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, Dame Silvia Cartwright, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be taken for road and to be vested in the Crown on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this proclamation in the
New Zealand Gazette.

Hawke's Bay Land District-Tararua District
2770 square metres, being sections 1 and 2 on S.O. Plan 11031 and being part of the land contained in certificate of title 97/162, subject to mortgage 19904.
Given under the hand of Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 15th day of May 2001.
