Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Hamilton City Council hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Hamilton City Council on 17 May 2000:
"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Hamilton City Council hereby resolves that the parcels of land held by the said city in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same are hereby declared to be, recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act."
